Typically a Reiki session is done lying on a comfortable
table fully clothed as the practitioner applies hands on or hands
slightly off the body treatment to specific positions all over your
body. In a full hands on treatment hands are placed with respect not to
violate and individual's body privacy. Reiki treatments may also be done
while seated in a chair.
Reiki is best when the recipient is dressed in simple,
loose fitting clothing. Any comfortable clothing is acceptable, but
sweats, T-shirt and soft pants or shorts work best. Tight garments and
belts are not conducive to relaxation. Shoes should be removed.
A typical Reiki session lasts approximately 60 minutes;
depending on your needs... so, you'll want to allow time in your
schedule to insure a comfortable transition from the Reiki experience
back to your normal state of being. Typically, you'll emerge from a
Reiki treatment feeling deeply relaxed, with a sense of well being and
inner peace.
JT does not charge directly for Reiki sessions but
requests a suggested donation of $45.00 per session.
Distance sessions are also available, please contact JT for more information.
JT currently does not have a location for Reiki
treatments but will come to your home or place of business around
Marshall or Jefferson Texas. Best placing
for Reiki treatments are a quite, traffic free room with privacy
available.
Hypno-Relax sessions are similar to Reiki sessions in
that they are approximately 60 minutes; depending on your needs. Hypno-Relax
and Reiki sessions may be combined for Greater benefits and more
guidance to that deep healing state of relaxation.
